  1. Lead and manage the commercial sales team in the designated district to drive sales and achieve targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share in the district.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers within the commercial sector.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
  6. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular updates to upper management.
  7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to develop effective sales strategies.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote GM's commercial sales offerings.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to stay ahead of competitors.
  12. Represent GM with professionalism and uphold the company's brand image.
  13. Travel to various locations within the district to meet with clients and conduct sales meetings.
  14. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing GM's products and services.
  15. Collaborate with other Commercial District Sales Managers to share best practices and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Sales, Preferably In A Commercial Or Fleet Sales Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Commercial Vehicle Market And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
