  1. Develop and lead the overall strategy for the customer data platform (CDP) at General Motors.
  2. Manage and optimize the CDP to ensure accurate and reliable data for audience segmentation and targeting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of audience activation efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data-driven marketing.
  7. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  8. Work closely with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for audience activation.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align audience activation efforts with business goals.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audience activation and provide insights for future strategies.
  11. Lead a team of data analysts and marketing professionals to execute audience activation initiatives.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for audience activation efforts.
  13. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the CDP and audience activation capabilities.
  14. Proactively identify and address any data integrity issues that may impact audience activation efforts.
  15. Represent General Motors as a thought leader in data-driven marketing at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, And Audience Activation

  • Proficiency In Using Digital Marketing Tools And Platforms Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, And Facebook Ads Manager

  • Strong Understanding Of Data-Driven Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Including Audience Segmentation, A/B Testing, And Conversion Optimization

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
