  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to address any issues and improve battery performance.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing procedures and results.

  7. Utilize specialized equipment and tools to perform various types of battery tests, including environmental, mechanical, and electrical.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing testing.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols.
  11. Communicate test results and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  12. Participate in the design and development of new battery systems and components.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
  14. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on battery testing procedures and protocols.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized testing environment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
