- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Attend meetings and presentations to gain a comprehensive understanding of GM's global operations and goals.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to the automotive industry and supply chain management.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing strategies.
- Assist in the management of supplier relationships, including conducting supplier evaluations and audits.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sustainability.
- Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors to provide updates on progress and any potential issues.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Demonstrated Interest In The Automotive Industry And Knowledge Of Gm's Products And Services.
