Supply Chain Analytics Consultant

We at General Mills are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of the Supply Chain Team, the Consultant will use their expertise to develop and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize our supply chain performance. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the qualifications listed below and will be able to work collaboratively in order to achieve success. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics• Expertise in SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, and/or other analytics tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proven track record of delivering effective data-driven solutions• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain performance.
2. Utilize SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools to interpret data and produce insights.
3. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
4. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate analytics results to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
6. Train and mentor team members on analytics tools and techniques.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics.
8. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on analysis.
