Sr. Finance Analyst, Meals & Baking Solutions

Responsibilities:

1. Develop financial models to analyze and forecast business operations.
2. Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide the organization in meeting its financial objectives.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the organization to identify areas for improvement.
4. Create regular financial reports and presentations.
5. Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure accuracy of financial data.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
7. Provide guidance and consultation to other departments on financial matters.
8. Create and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
