At General Mills, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Insights & Visualization to join our team and provide data-driven insights and visualizations to help drive our business forward. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will bring a creative, analytical and results-oriented approach to our team.The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Insights & Visualization will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining a suite of data insights and visualizations to support the decision-making of our business teams. The successful candidate will also play a key role in the development and implementation of our data-driven strategies.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business intelligence analysis, data insights, and/or visualization, as well as a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data mining. The ideal candidate will also have experience in data modeling and working with data visualization tools such as Tableau. 9. Monitor and evaluate data to ensure accuracy.
10. Ensure data security and privacy.
