Senior R&D Scientist

We’re looking for an experienced Senior R&D Scientist to join General Mills' Research & Development team. In this critical role, you’ll be leading the development of new and innovative food products, as well as ensuring existing products are meeting the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with our R&D leadership team to understand consumer trends, create prototypes, and ensure products are high quality and safe for consumers. If you have a passion for food science and innovation, and a desire to contribute to General Mills’ continuing success, this is the job for you.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in food science or related field, 5+ years of experience in the food industry, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and quality standards. You should also have a proven track record of developing innovative products and driving successful product launches. A successful Senior R&D Scientist should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
