Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Sr. Planner to join the team at General Mills. This role is a great opportunity to work with the world’s leading food company and help drive our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing plans to maximize our reach and maximize our return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance marketing, be highly organized and be an excellent communicator, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, you should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and be able to quickly adapt to changing environments. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement performance marketing plans to maximize reach and ROI.
  2. Monitor performance marketing campaigns and adjust as needed.
  3. Analyze data and make recommendations to improve performance marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage and optimize budgets for performance marketing campaigns.
  5. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of plans.
  6. Stay abreast of changes in performance marketing and industry trends.
  7. Keep up-to-date on competitor activities and strategies.
  8. Utilize reporting and analytics tools to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  9. Produce timely and accurate reports to measure performance marketing campaign results.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
