Indirect Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the indirect sourcing and procurement process, including researching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing performance metrics.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure optimal costs and delivery timelines.
3. Lead and manage the execution of major supplier negotiations and contract renewals.
4. Monitor and analyze supplier performance and market trends to ensure a competitive advantage.
5. Manage the sourcing team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
6. Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize procurement functions.
7. Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase supplier value.
8. Provide guidance and training to team members on sourcing and procurement processes.
9. Utilize supply chain tools and processes to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
10. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to procurement activities.
