General Mills is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Sales Capabilities team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow their career as they help us transform how we think about our Sales Capabilities. You will work closely with Sales Capabilities and other cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business needs, develop solutions, and provide insights to support our team's success. You will have the opportunity to be part of the development of our Sales Capabilities and enable us to achieve our strategic objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for problem solving and have the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret complex data.
