Associate Sourcing Manager, Natural & Organic

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and sourcing Natural & Organic materials and ingredients for our products. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related field; experience in Natural & Organic sourcing; and a proven track record of successful vendor management and relationships. Responsibilities:

1. Source Natural & Organic materials and ingredients for products, including researching, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with Natural & Organic vendors.
3. Manage the development and implementation of processes to ensure compliance to Natural & Organic product sourcing standards.
4. Develop and manage the budget for Natural & Organic product sourcing.
5. Ensure that Natural & Organic sourcing activities meet all relevant regulatory and safety compliance standards.
6. Monitor Natural & Organic market trends and pricing to identify potential opportunities and risks.
7. Prepare and provide detailed reports on Natural & Organic purchasing activities to senior management.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of Natural & Organic products.
9. Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure quality assurance of Natural & Organic products.
