  1. Develop and implement cardiology care pathways for the West region, in accordance with General Electric's standards and guidelines.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in cardiology care to continuously improve the care pathways.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the care pathways and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the cardiology care pathways to ensure proper implementation and adherence.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and industry experts, to stay informed on industry trends and incorporate them into the care pathways.
  8. Stay compliant with all regulations and standards related to cardiology care.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
  10. Represent General Electric and the West region at conferences, events, and other industry-related meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Cardiology Care Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cardiology Care Pathways, Including Diagnosis, Treatment, And Follow-Up Protocols.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Quality Improvement Initiatives In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Particularly In Relation To Cardiology Care.
