  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision and roadmap for the SaaS Digital Transformation COE, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of General Electric.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experts in SaaS solutions, providing guidance and direction to achieve the COE's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and IT to identify and prioritize SaaS opportunities and drive adoption across the organization.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and developments in SaaS technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the COE.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote the COE's capabilities and drive business growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of the COE.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to SaaS adoption and provide solutions to overcome them.
  8. Collaborate with other COE leaders to ensure alignment and integration of SaaS initiatives with other digital transformation efforts within the organization.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing them with the necessary resources and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the COE, encouraging and supporting the adoption of new technologies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Saas Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Digital Transformation Strategies And Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Digital Transformation Projects Within A Complex Organization.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans To Drive Growth And Profitability Within The Saas Market.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
