Job Description

Work with a mix of product verticals within the energy industry. Simplify and break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand, meaningful content that meets the audience needs. Develop a variety of content, including user, admin, and developer guides, step-by-step how-to tutorials, video content, web page copy, and FAQs. Review UX designs and provide input on text strings and messages visible in the product UI. Collaborate with our UX designers/researchers in putting together survey content, interview scripts, and outcomes and learning reports. Responsible for ensuring content remains current and contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a user guides. Become a Subject Matter Expert. You’ll master our technologies and work with subject matter experts. Optimize quality by analyzing metrics, reviewing customer feedback, and continually improving our content.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years technical writing experience working in a commercial software environment.

  • Experience using content management tools such as MadCap, AsciiDoc, etc.

  • Agility in multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines

  • Experience working with Jira a plus
