- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for tech transfer activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in the tech transfer process.
- Conduct thorough process evaluations and optimization to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support tech transfer activities.
- Monitor and report on progress, milestones, and KPIs related to tech transfer projects.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards throughout the tech transfer process.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement to drive growth and efficiency in PET manufacturing.
- Train and mentor team members on tech transfer processes and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in PET clinical manufacturing to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events related to tech transfer and PET manufacturing.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Tech Transfer Leader In R&D Pet Clinical Manufacturing At General Electric Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Extensive Experience In Technology Transfer: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Technology Transfer, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Transfer Protocols, As Well As Troubleshooting And Problem Solving During The Transfer Process.
Knowledge Of Pet Manufacturing Processes: Pet (Positron Emission Tomography) Is A Specialized Manufacturing Process That Requires Specific Knowledge And Expertise. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pet Manufacturing Processes, Including Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Tech Transfer Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
