
Talent Analytics Leader
Provide analytics and consulting support, leveraging data and analytics to support the strategic direction of the Aviation business. Lead a team of analysts and serve as the subject matter expert in People Analytics. Provide leadership to coach, grow and mentor a team of Analysts while responsible for the day-to-day support & delivery analytics. Develop a clear vision for People Analytics in support of the business strategy both short and long-term. Continuously evaluate current practices, tools and processes to enhance capability of the analytics function. Evaluate needs of the business and prioritize accordingly based on business needs.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Analytics or related field(s)
Experience leading talent and teams, especially through a changing landscape
Ability to work under broad or limited supervision
