We are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to join our team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to our organization. This individual will be a trusted advisor to our hiring teams and a champion of GE’s culture and values.The successful candidate should demonstrate a passion for recruiting and a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest employer branding and recruitment trends. They will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience in recruiting in a corporate setting as well as experience with applicant tracking systems. An understanding of local labor laws and regulations is also strongly preferred.We are looking for a team player who is driven and creative in their approach to recruiting and who is excited to join us in making a positive impact on our organization and the world.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful recruitment of top talent.
- Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various positions.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment processes and track metrics.
- Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Monitor local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and employer branding.
- Make recommendations to the organization on recruitment strategies and improvements.
- Remain organized and manage multiple projects at once.
- Provide regular status updates to management on progress of recruitment efforts.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
