Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at General Electric, you will play an integral role in helping to source and secure the most talented individuals for a variety of positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and help to drive a best-in-class recruitment process. To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized, have superior communication skills, and be passionate about connecting the right people with the right jobs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and interview talent for a variety of positions across the organization.
  2. Develop relationships with hiring managers and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  3. Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment methods such as social media, job postings, referrals, and networking.
  4. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Design and implement effective strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
  7. Utilize relevant recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  8. Manage high volume of requisitions and ensure timely completion of recruitment cycle.
  9. Stay up to date on legal compliance regulations and ensure the recruitment process is conducted in accordance with company policies.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
