
Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at General Electric, you will play an integral role in helping to source and secure the most talented individuals for a variety of positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and help to drive a best-in-class recruitment process. To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized, have superior communication skills, and be passionate about connecting the right people with the right jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview talent for a variety of positions across the organization.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment methods such as social media, job postings, referrals, and networking.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Design and implement effective strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Utilize relevant recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Manage high volume of requisitions and ensure timely completion of recruitment cycle.
- Stay up to date on legal compliance regulations and ensure the recruitment process is conducted in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
