The Senior Systems Engineer – Networking will be responsible for the builds and integrations of new or expansion network solutions that align with strategic and tactical objectives into current generation products. Provide technical expertise in network design concepts and infrastructure implementations. Solve Tier 4 escalations with granular detail and root cause analysis. Build and deploy network switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, network related servers, and network management tools in a mostly Cisco based environment. Investigate, Test and implement software upgrades for all network equipment with aid from the vendor or by reading and understanding release notes. Create high-level and detailed network diagrams using MS Visio or other similar software. Create and evaluate network designs and changes to networks in existing environments.
