Staff Identity Management Engineer

They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and security standards are met, and ensure that access-related processes are well-documented and updated.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical and customer service skills, as well as experience with identity management implementations. They should also have excellent project management skills, and be able to work independently.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in identity management implementations, and experience with identity access management (IAM) and authentication protocols. They should have a solid understanding of authentication technologies, such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth, and be comfortable working with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc). They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the identity management platform to ensure security and compliance standards are met
• Ensure access-related processes are documented and updated
• Provide technical and customer service support to users
• Provide project management for identity management implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity management issues
• Develop, maintain, and test authentication protocols such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth
• Utilize scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc. to automate processes
• Monitor and audit identity management system for any potential threats
• Ensure all identity management activities are documented in accordance with company standards
• Develop clear communication and problem-solving strategies for identity management issues
