Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert in identity management and engineering. • Develop and deliver solutions to complex customer requirements. • Implement successful identity and access management solutions in enterprise environments. • Provide expert-level technical support to customers. • Monitor security systems and networks to identify potential threats. • Analyze system and network logs to detect security issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues. • Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD. • Develop and implement policies and procedures for identity and access management. • Research and evaluate new identity and access management technologies. • Remain current on industry trends and developments. • Assist with the creation of technical documentation.
