  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and programs for the Services Technology division, in line with General Electric's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business opportunities and drive growth for the division.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify potential areas for innovation and improvement within the division.
  5. Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of programs, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Oversee the budget and resource allocation for projects and programs, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  7. Act as a liaison between the Services Technology division and other departments within General Electric, fostering strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
