Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Service Or Customer-Facing Role In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficient In Using Software And Technology To Track And Analyze Service Data, As Well As Create Reports And Presentations For Management.
