
Senior Specialist - Government Contracts

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate government contracts, grants, and subcontracts in accordance with FAR and other applicable rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with FAR and other applicable regulations.
- Analyze and monitor government contracts, grants, and subcontracts to identify potential issues and risks.
- Monitor and report on government contracts, grants, and subcontracts to ensure they are being managed and executed in accordance with terms and conditions.
- Provide advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders with regards to the management and execution of government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
- Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
- Maintain and update records related to government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and that all deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
