- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and develop solutions that align with overall marketing strategy.
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution of field enablement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in for enablement initiatives.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform and adjust field enablement strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for field enablement initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of field enablement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams on the use of marketing materials and tools to effectively drive sales.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services, as well as customer needs and pain points, to inform and guide field enablement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in field enablement and apply them to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and provide insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and implement sales training programs and materials.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In A B2B Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Field Enablement Strategies And Programs.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
