  1. Act as a strategic partner to leaders in the Science & Technology division, providing expert HR guidance and support.
  2. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the division.
  3. Collaborate with leaders to identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities.
  4. Proactively assess and anticipate HR-related needs and trends within the division, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  6. Partner with leaders to effectively manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  7. Coach and mentor managers on performance management, employee development, and career growth.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
  9. Conduct regular analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the science and technology field.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Serve as a role model and exemplify GE Healthcare's values and culture at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles, Preferably In The Science And Technology Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Hr Programs And Initiatives In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Think Strategically, Aligning Hr Strategies With Overall Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Senior Leaders.
