  1. Develop and implement the people strategy for the Science & Technology business unit in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  2. Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions and support to drive business success.
  3. Attract, develop, and retain top talent by identifying and implementing effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  4. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  7. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement global HR programs and initiatives.
  8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives that support business goals.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
  11. Provide coaching and development to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to share knowledge, best practices, and leverage resources.
  15. Contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience by supporting and promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Management: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Ge Healthcare Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In The Science And Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment.

  • Strong Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Science And Technology Industry, Including The Latest Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Ge Healthcare's Business Goals And Objectives, And Be Able To Align Hr Strategies With The Company's Overall Strategy.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Hr Team, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, Providing Guidance And Direction, And Driving Results. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Complex Hr Projects And Implementing Change Management Initiatives.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Hr Business Partner Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Translate Business Objectives Into Effective Hr Strategies. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Provide Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership On Key Hr Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
