General Electric is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Reactor Safety & Reliability to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers dedicated to ensuring the safety and reliability of critical nuclear power systems. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve the highest safety and reliability standards.We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, including demonstrated success in a senior leadership role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers to ensure the safety and reliability of critical nuclear power systems.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve the highest safety and reliability standards.
  3. Manage the team with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
  5. Monitor and review safety and reliability data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that safety and reliability objectives are being met.
  7. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful operations.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on safety and reliability progress.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
