  1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals to ensure a high level of safety and environmental performance across all operations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business processes and decision-making.
  5. Stay up-to-date on relevant EHS laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and maintain compliance.
  6. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safety procedures and practices.
  7. Manage incident investigations and develop corrective action plans to prevent future incidents.
  8. Monitor and report on key EHS performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Foster a culture of safety and sustainability by promoting EHS awareness and engaging employees at all levels of the organization.
  10. Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders on EHS matters.
  11. Develop and manage the EHS budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses.
  12. Communicate EHS initiatives and progress to senior leadership and participate in strategic planning to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet EHS requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
  14. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
  15. Embody and promote the company's values and commitment to EHS in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Environmental, Health, And Safety Management, Preferably In A Large Multinational Corporation.

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Ehs Policies, Procedures, And Programs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
