  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and cost-saving measures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
  5. Train and mentor team members on DevOps and cloud practices and tools.
  6. Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  8. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
  9. Conduct performance testing and implement optimization techniques for cloud-based applications.
  10. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of DevOps and cloud processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
  12. Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations for responding to critical incidents and emergencies.
  14. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely resolution.
  15. Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms: A Senior Devops And Cloud Engineer At General Electric Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience Working With Major Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Proficiency In Devops Methodologies And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Devops Principles And Practices, As Well As Experience With Popular Devops Tools Such As Git, Jenkins, And Ansible.

  • Strong Scripting And Automation Skills: As A Senior Devops And Cloud Engineer, The Ability To Write Efficient Scripts And Automation Tools Using Languages Like Python, Bash, Or Powershell Is Crucial.
