Extensive Experience In Global Compliance Investigations: A Senior Counsel - Global Compliance Investigations Leader At General Electric Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Conducting Complex Investigations In A Global Environment. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, And Trade Compliance.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Frameworks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa), Uk Bribery Act, And Other Anti-Corruption Laws. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations And Sanctions.
Proven Leadership And Management Skills: As A Leader In The Compliance Investigations Team, The Senior Counsel Should Have Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Investigators. They Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Investigations.
Legal Expertise And Qualifications: A Senior Counsel At General Electric Should Possess A Law Degree And Be Admitted To Practice In At Least One Jurisdiction. They Should Also Have Experience Working At A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department, Preferably In A Compliance Or Investigations Role.
