  1. Provide expert legal advice and counsel to support the operations of GE Corporate Holdings.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or In-House Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Corporate And Commercial Law, Including Mergers And Acquisitions, Securities, And Regulatory Compliance

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Attorneys And Support Staff

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Counsel Senior Executives And Business Leaders.
