  1. Develop and manage project plans for SAP Finance and Costing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Finance and Costing modules, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  4. Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  5. Monitor project progress and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery and increase efficiency.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring effective utilization and cost control.
  8. Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP Finance and Costing to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  11. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into clear project requirements.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to promote professional development and growth.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Sap Environment.

  • Expertise In Sap Finance And Costing Modules, With A Solid Understanding Of End-To-End Processes And Integration With Other Sap Modules.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Projects And Driving Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
