  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies: The Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Leader will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to improve sales enablement and effectiveness across the organization. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance sales productivity and performance.
  2. Lead and inspire sales teams: The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams. They will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and collaborative sales culture.
  3. Drive sales performance: The Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Leader will play a critical role in driving sales success at General Electric. They will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve sales performance, identifying and addressing areas of improvement, and tracking and analyzing sales data to measure progress.
  4. Conduct training and development programs: To ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed, the Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Leader will be responsible for developing and delivering training and development programs. This may include sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales tools and technology.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. They will also collaborate with sales leadership to ensure consistency in messaging and approach.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: The Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Leader will be responsible for staying current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement. They will use this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve sales strategies and processes.
  7. Analyze and report on sales data: This role will require the ability to analyze and report on sales data to identify areas of improvement and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Sales Enablement Programs And Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes, Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills.
