- Conduct research on power electronics and related technologies to support the development of innovative products and solutions for General Electric.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new power electronics systems and components.
- Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and present findings to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power electronics to identify potential opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to leverage their expertise and capabilities.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose solutions to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate research findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards related to power electronics and ensure compliance in all research activities.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Represent General Electric at conferences, workshops, and other industry events to share knowledge and promote the company's research efforts.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Power Electronics Research And Development
Extensive Knowledge Of Power Converter Topologies, Control Algorithms, And Simulation Tools
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C/C++, Matlab, And Simulink
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Test Complex Power Electronics Systems.
