  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and consistency.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, reducing waste and improving overall product performance.
  4. Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data and monitor production processes for deviations and defects.
  5. Communicate quality standards and expectations to all team members, providing training and support as needed.
  6. Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
  7. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  8. Stay informed on industry best practices and implement new techniques and technologies to improve quality processes.
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  10. Act as a liaison between the quality department and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Control And Assurance.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably Within A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma, And Experience Implementing And Maintaining These Systems.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Quality Improvement Tools, Such As Spc, Doe, And Fmea.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.
