  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support and training as needed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are met.
  7. Communicate and report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
  8. Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Act as a liaison between the quality assurance team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  11. Lead and support quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  12. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to promote their professional growth and ensure a high-performing team.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs to improve quality awareness and understanding.
  15. Represent the company in quality-related discussions and meetings with clients, partners and regulatory agencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Qa Leadership Role, Preferably In The Pet (Positron Emission Tomography) Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Chemistry, Or Biology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pet Manufacturing Processes And Regulations, Including Cgmp And Fda Guidelines.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Qa Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives Within A Manufacturing Environment.
