At General Electric, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Principal Account Manager to lead our team of account managers in the delivery of exceptional customer service. As the Principal Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the account management team, as well as the development and implementation of best practices.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer service and the sales process. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the account management team in the delivery of exceptional customer service
  2. Develop and implement best practices for customer service and the sales process
  3. Create and implement strategies for growing customer relationships and driving sales
  4. Manage day-to-day operations of the account management team
  5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
  7. Identify potential new customers and partners to expand the customer base
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
