  9. Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes, equipment, and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  14. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to enhance job knowledge and contribute to the success of the company.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
