Job Description

The General Electric team is seeking an experienced Operations Support Leader to join our team and help us drive our operations forward. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help build and maintain our operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, organized, and able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in a similar position, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for driving operational success. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to develop efficient processes, provide support to operations teams, and ensure that the organization's operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop efficient processes and systems to drive operational success.
  2. Provide support to operational teams and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  6. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  7. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly.
  8. Monitor and report on operational performance.
  9. Develop and maintain operational documentation.
  10. Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and processes.
