  1. Provide expert clinical support and training to customers on nuclear medicine equipment.
  2. Ensure customers are able to effectively and efficiently use the equipment to improve patient care.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in nuclear medicine technology.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs for customers.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime for customers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.
  7. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and competitors' products to inform and enhance customer support strategies.
  10. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance standards.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to promote the company's products and services.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nuclear Medicine Technology Or Related Field.

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Cnmt) Or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (Nmtcb) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Nuclear Medicine.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Nuclear Medicine Imaging Procedures And Equipment, Including Pet/Ct And Spect/Ct.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On The Use Of Ge Nuclear Medicine Technology.
