- Conduct interviews and assess applicants to determine suitability for the program.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to identify their specific biomedical equipment needs and assign service members to relevant projects.
- Develop and implement training programs for service members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the biomedical equipment field.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to service members throughout the duration of the program.
- Monitor and evaluate service members' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities and service members to schedule and facilitate hands-on experience and job shadowing opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with service members, healthcare facilities, and program managers to ensure smooth operation of the program.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for potential full-time employment opportunities within General Electric or other healthcare organizations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service members' participation and progress in the program.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in biomedical equipment to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.

- Act as a mentor and role model to service members, providing guidance and support in their transition from military to civilian life.
Active Duty Military Status: The Candidate Must Be An Active Duty Military Service Member Who Is Within 180 Days Of Transitioning Out Of The Military.
Biomedical Equipment Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In The Maintenance And Repair Of Biomedical Equipment, Such As Medical Imaging Systems, Patient Monitors, And Laboratory Equipment.
Technical Training: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Technical Training Program In Biomedical Equipment Or Have Relevant Certifications, Such As Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (Cbet) Or Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (Cres).
Security Clearance: Due To The Sensitive Nature Of The Equipment Being Serviced, The Candidate Must Have An Active Security Clearance Or Be Able To Obtain One.
