  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to improve processes and techniques.
  12. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and process improvement projects.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to ensure compliance and promote a positive work culture.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
