Job Description

In this job you will also have the unique opportunity to change and improve several of the processes related to testing and releasing high quality software to large enterprises across the world. Conducting Software tests by implementing, documenting and improving our test automation suites and policies. Documenting Software Issues by looking at and detecting possible coding problems and make recommendations to fix them. Process Improvement: The manager of Software Quality Assurance will help improve and remove waste from the different processes in the SDLC with a focus on release quality. Produce reports expressing a concise and clear picture of the software quality of the different development groups.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects or managing Quality Assurance including planning and managing automated testing.

  • 5+ years Proven track record demonstrating the ability to build a team – attracting, hiring, retaining, motivating the best engineers.

  • 5+ years Strong software engineering and development life cycle knowled

  • 2+ years Knowledge testing highly available and distributed web applications and services.
