  1. Provide financial guidance and analysis to corporate teams to support decision-making and ensure business success.
  2. Analyze financial data, create reports and presentations, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
  3. Lead and manage the finance team, including setting goals, providing mentorship and development opportunities, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and strategic planning.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  9. Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial operations.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  12. Monitor and track financial performance against targets and address any variances or issues in a timely manner.
  13. Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies and goals for the company.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture of innovation, sustainability, and ethical business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Planning.

  • Experience In Working With Corporate Functions Such As Hr, It, And Legal.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
