We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Mechatronics to join our team and help us reach our goals.In this role, the Lead Engineer - Mechatronics will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing and overseeing mechatronic systems for our products. You will provide expertise and guidance to ensure that the highest quality of engineering is applied to all projects.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and experience in leading engineering teams. You should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities of Lead Engineer - Mechatronics:

-Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of mechatronic systems -Provide expertise and guidance to ensure quality engineering is applied to all projects -Manage multiple projects simultaneously -Organize and prioritize workloads -Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget -Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and stakeholders -Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency -Mentor and develop junior engineers -Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends
