Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers to develop mechanical components and designs for various projects
  2. Troubleshoot and address complex engineering issues
  3. Analyze customer specifications and design mechanical components accordingly
  4. Develop, test, and optimize mechanical components to meet customer requirements
  5. Ensure components meet safety and performance standards
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering techniques and technologies
  8. Generate reports and documentation regarding component design, development, and testing
  9. Liaise with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects
