  1. Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives with overall business objectives.
  6. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
  7. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
  8. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders, including identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or challenges.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in construction project management to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Construction Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Large Construction Projects, Preferably In The Energy Or Industrial Sector.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Construction Processes, Techniques, And Tools Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Possess A Solid Understanding Of Engineering And Design Principles.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Lead Project Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Managing A Team Of Construction Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completed Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Construction Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting Quality Standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additional Certifications In Project Management, Such As Pmp, Are Also Highly Desirable.
