Accountable for delivering business framework agreements and enterprise license agreements for use of software within GE globally for any range of suppliers such as enterprise software companies to new and emerging SaaS providers. Develop short and long term strategies for GEHC to embrace cloud and SaaS opportunities while leveraging existing GE investments. Work with other Business Unit sourcing teams on cross company acquisition, service, and supplier initiatives including RFI/RFP’s and single source negotiations or renegotiations. Collaborate with IT Leaders in setting realistic but challenging operations goals and objectives. Develop sourcing plans to integrate Business Software needs into a global commodity team including benchmarking suppliers, contracts, and services and evaluating various different Business Unit level requirements, existing opportunities, or new initiatives. This includes setting DT sourcing strategies and executing those strategies to deliver material improvements on quality, price, and service.
